On June 5 the Central Bank summarized the results of “The Best Informational Booklet 2009” competition. The aim of the competition was to promote the transparency of the financial market and to encourage financial organizations to provide full and comprehensible information to their clients.

As it was stated by the public relations department of the Central Bank, this year the process of booklet appraisal was carried out not only by the CBA staff, but also by the representatives of NGO’s defending the rights of consumers, associations of banks, credit organizations and insurance companies, and ARKA news agency.

As the executive director of “Norvik” UCO T. Bostanjyan pointed out, “Norvik” pays great attention to being highly available to the public and providing comprehensive information. ”We are glad that the members of the competition jury highly appreciated the quality and the content of the information provided by “Norvik” UCO”, - stressed T.
