the city before, now the client may repay his/her loan without leaving his/her flat, i.e. through
Internet and with the help of My.Norvik.am special customer service system. It is only
necessary to visit My.Norvik.am website, enter passport and contract numbers and choose the
option of payment.
To make a payment you only need to register in ArCa system, create a virtual card and
then visit ArCa's website and make a transfer to ArCa card of "Norvik" UCO CJSC through
internet payment system, indicating the purpose of the payment, as well as contract and
passport numbers. Thus, repayments for ArCa cardholders have become simpler and at the same
time very convenient.
As pointed out by Executive Director of "Norvik" UCO CJSC Tigran Bostanjyan, all this is
first of all aimed at creating more convenient and beneficial conditions for the customers.
