You can present your claims and complaints by calling on the following phone numbers (374 10) 544713, 544714, 544715, or sending an e-mail to general@norvik.am, or sending a letter via regular mail to the following address: “Norvik” UCO CJSC, Armenia, 0002, Yerevan, 12 Saryan st.
We also inform you that you can protect your rights both judicially and through the Financial System mediator.

According to the RA Law “On Credit Organizations”, any individual can apply to “Norvik” UCO CJSC to receive:
1. Copies of the financial statements of the organization (at least the recent annual statement) and the external audit opinion
2. Copies of the state registration certificate and the charter of the organization
The mentioned documents are provided FREE OF CHARGE during five days after receiving the written application.
